Relaxing in Tennessee

I am really enjoying a couple days to relax in Tennessee with the family. My niece and nephew are incredible and we are having a ton of fun.

I have also been using the time to run some final errands before the trip overseas. The last round of vaccinations, mail, haircut amongst a bunch of other stuff. As of today it has all be taken care of.

Yesterday Paula and I visited the town of Jonesborough the oldest town in Tennessee with over 300 years of history, many presidents have lived there including Andrew Jackson.

Albeit pretty, there is not much to do in town and most shops and stores close at 5. We strolled thru town, took a couple pictures and enjoyed the scenery.

Today after a haircut, vaccines and a bit of last minute shopping I played with the kids on the trampoline. Now a bit more relaxing and later a nice little BBQ. The weather is beautiful today here in Telford, TN and I am really enjoying the quietness of it all.
